JAGUAR FILMS is an independent production company based in Las Vegas, NV. The Company was founded in 2007 by Michael Halverson out his love, passion and commitment to the art of quality filmmaking. Our objective is to unite an impressive team of creative individuals for the purpose of developing and producing quality films and television programming with highly commercial content and widespread industry appeal.
Our team has the talent, creativity and experience in the various fields of production, including independent feature films, documentaries, TV series’ and animation, as well as the sales and business experience needed for ultimate project success. Our highly effective team is capable of targeting the most lucrative sectors of the market without sacrificing quality and art. The objective is to continue to move highly commercial projects through the stage of development into all other stages of production, post-production and distribution.
Our operating structure does not require a high sum of continuous capital. We work to manage and maintain our overhead and employee ratio to a minimum without jeopardizing the integrity of any of our films. We allow the flexibility of increasing the necessary resources and trusted independent contractors as needed during each individual production. This helps eliminate the high costs and overhead of operating our business as opposed to those of large studios, and avoids the bureaucracy which limits the creativity of many artists in today’s industry.
All films are intended to be produced for theatrical releases, which will set the stage for additional revenue streams in other mediums, including video, cable, pay per view, VOD and television broadcast as well as other ancillary methods of distribution. While our initial focus on most projects will be for the domestic U.S. market, we also work to maintain a solid presence in foreign marketplaces as well.

Mike Halverson is a lifelong resident of Las Vegas and has been involved in many areas of business over the last 30 years. Mike is the owner of Jaguar films and its current CEO.
One of Mike’s biggest passions in life has always been Movies. While taking acting classes and being an extra in movies such as Oceans II, Rush hour 2, Indecent proposal, and doing a master lock shooting commercial, Mike’s desire to put his life’s knowledge of desert survival and his numerous passions for cars, motorcycles, firearms and more as real life elements in to movie action and drama. Mike first executed his screen writing and production skills in creating two exciting movie projects “Games of Chance” and “Time Warrior.” Mikes business experience, creativity and “get it done” life style are key elements in producing projects for Jaguar Films.
